Shipping & Returns

Customers are for a complete valid address, including apartment number, if applicable for delivery.
They are responsible for arranging email forwarding when they move, and hold to complete a vacation if they do not expect to be home when the package should come. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring receipt of the package and that www.lotusdumplingbar.com.au is not responsible for returns partially due to customer negligence.

Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within one week. All items returned to us must be in original condition, ie not worn, changed or washed, all tags are installed. Or goods will be returned to the sender.

Helpline
1. A return receipt must be received from Customer Service Center. Or return package will be sent back to you.
2. Please Reason To Return To Recover Condition To Get And Give Back Attack.
3. Packaging goods. Return the following information with your return: bill name, address; Ship-to name and address; Order number; The reason for the return.

Return
Exchange request must be received within 7 days of decision on the item. Enter the change point and the new color or size of your email to the customer. Objects must be accepted in original condition and unused as return. The availability of spare parts can not be guaranteed. You will receive an email at the end of the treatment received.

Please note:
Shipping costs will not be refunded.

20% processing fee will be deducted from the contribution.
If the items are not quality problems, customers need to add 20% postage fees for replacement delivery. The return may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing period for the credit will appear in your account.
